If you are a Boomer like me you probably like things from the 50s. This is Retro Marci from LaLa Land. Isn't she cute with her poodle skirt, saddle shoes, and cat eye glasses? I thought she was perfect for a turning 50 Birthday card.
The numbers, records, and soda were cut with my Cricut. The number has pink Stickles, the soda and her glasses have a coat of Glossy Accents. I cut an extra pair of glasses and put some acetate between the layers,and then added some gems to the corners ( which I have now fixed the spacing). They really look like glasses, although it doesn't show in the photo here. The phone is a brad that I just got on clearance at Hobby Lobby.
