Ribbons/Bows

Happy Friday! I finally finished a card I've needed to make for a friend's new baby. I am ashamed to say he is already 2 months old, but anyway here it is. I'll enter it in Mo's Ribbons/Bows Challenge this week. I used her precious image Spit Happens and colored it with Prisma pencils. The paper is from an old Paper Studio paper pack called "Baby Boy".  The sentiment is from the $1 bin at Michael's.  I used my Cricut to make the rattle ( New Arrival) and the bottle (Doodlecharm). Both bottles are covered with Glossy Accents. Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!!

Miss You

Happy Tuesday...I've really had a time with my finger but after getting a steroid injection I can bend it again! Hopefully it won't flare up  and I can get some crafting done.  I made this card for the "Lovely Layers" challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil. The image is called  "I Forgot"
and I think it is the sweetest thing. I thought he was perfect for the color inspiration photo challenge at Cupcake Craft's Challenge.  He's even got a little daisy in his mouth. Thanks for looking!

Snowbaby Christmas

Happy Monday! I just finished this card for the " Anything Goes w/ Mo Image Challenge"  at Mo's Digital Pencil.   I used "Kai in the Snow" and colored him with Copics. The snow is Polar White Flower Soft. Michael's had a  Recollections " All Seasons" 6x6 paper pad for $3.49 last week.   60 sheets of really cute paper for each month of the year. I used 3 sheets of the January paper for this card. The icicles are a MS punch with "Icicle" Stickles added.  The snowflakes are a Cuttlebug die cut from white foam.  I'm not sure I like the sentiment color now that I see it in the photo.  I may have to change that.  Thanks for looking...have a great day!

Challenges:

Bismarck/Muffy

Happy Tuesday!  Mo's Digital Pencil is having a "In the Doghouse" Challenge this week.  I love, love, love Mo's image "Bismarck". He looks a lot like my little dog, Muffy!

Muffy

I made this  card using some free digital paper from PaperCraft Inspirations and a sketch from the Papertake Weekly Challenge. His scarf is paper pieced and I put some Fun Flock on his hat to make it look furry. He's colored with Copics. I think this would be a cute card for Muffy to send my parents for Christmas.  I hope that you like it.

Peek A Boo

Happy Friday!
I made this card for the "Anything Goes" w/ optional sketch challenge at Mo's Challenge Blog. I did use the sketch and the digi stamp "Sumpin's Wrong" available here.  I made my very first rolled flowers  using a free SVG cut file from Bird's website to cut the flowers.  She has so many pretty things and is very generous with them!! The sentiment is from a set of baby stickers I've had for years. I just love this little guy.

I didn't notice that crooked ribbon until after posting. Oh well, I'll fix it later.

All My Favorite Things

"All My Favorite Things" is the challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil this week. Baby cards are my favorites so I made this one using "Baby and Bunny" available here.  I used a sketch from Catch the Bug . The diaper pins are from the New Arrival Cricut cart cut at 1 1/2" twice and then a shadow layer so they ended up almost as thick as chipboard. My daughter has a lot of friends having babies and asks me for baby cards all the time.  She needed a few that could be for either a girl or boy so I thought the colors on this one worked well for that.

Pollycraft Challenge: Favorite Things
The Pink Elephant: 1 image, 2 pattern papers, 3 buttons (I actually did make this card with this challenge in mind with Mo's image and realized when I got finished that I had used 3 pattern papers. Technically there are 2 patterns +1 more but I don't know if this counts).

Thanks for looking!

It's a Girl!

Here's the card I made for the " Stitching Real or Faux w/a Mo's image " challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil this week. I used this sweet image called "Spit Happens" but I couldn't find it in her shop to add a link. I zig zag stitched on my machine on a couple of the layers, cut an eyelet mat with Make the Cut, added some pearls, ribbon,  and baby things.  The "It's a Girl" was embossed with my Cuttlebug.  A very fun card to make.

I made this card for this week's Clean and Simple challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil.  I used the image called "Baby and Bunny"  available here.

At Phindy's Place there is a "Tic-Tac-Toe" challenge.

I used embossing, buttons, and a die cut (left vertical row) so I'll enter this card.

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!

Anything Goes

The challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil this week is "Anything Goes with a Mo Image".  I made this card using the precious digital stamp "Fan's Cricket". She's colored with Copics.  I cut the lantern from the Happily Ever After Cricut cart. The Chinese writing was from an internet search and means Happy New Year.
